Chartered Accountant Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Koramangala, Bangalore

1) Responsible for preparing the quarterly results (standalone and consolidated) for holding company and coordinating with subsidiary/associate company for timely closure.

2)      Preparation of financials under INDAS.

3)      Closure of annual accounts as per the timeline.

4)      ITR filing and Tax Audit of Companies.

5)      Handling income tax query and coordinating with consultants for timely closure of the notices.

6)      Experience with Big 4 would be an added advantage.

7)      INDAS knowledge.

8)      Minimum experience 2 years in statutory audit/financial reporting.
