Responsible for managing, controlling and improvising the entire accounting activity of the Company and ensuring error-free and updated accounts and record-keeping, and adherence to compliances:

· Manage and coordinate with the accounts team for the company and relevant associates, to ensure timely and correct recording for all financial transactions.

· Provide input into department’s goal setting process, and align them with the team and the management. Planning, allocating, monitoring and leading by example within the team, on implementation of key objectives.

· Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed by management. Creating regular financial forecasts / fund flow statements / stock reports / financial statements and submit to the management.

· Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.

· Perform data analysis for generating Sale and Cost reports on periodic basis.

· Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls, in compliance with GAAP(generally accepted accounting principles) principles

· Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring business/internal issues.

· Be responsible for all timely statutory compliances, including timely submission of statutory returns like GST / PF / Income Tax / ROC / TDS / Profession Tax and any others, as applicable, including finalization of accounts for income tax purposes.

· Handling all and any matters related to the compliances in coordination with the consultants / management.

· Secure financial information by completing database backups and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
