Job Description
PRIMARY:
- Attend queries related to FEMA, International Tax, WHT, DTAA from NRI clients andvarious Banks.
- Handle repatriation / transfer / remittances requests from Bank and others.
- Responding to our Dubai office’s queries, if any.
- Handling queries received on bank websites and updation of BOB website
- Compliances to be made under FEMA Regulations
- Structuring in setting up entities in India considering FEMA aspects, Income-tax Act and other applicable statutes
- Co-ordinating with clients and replying to clients notices received by the client
- Supervising FROIs
- Allocation of queries received on helpdesk
SECONDARY:
- Drafting of agreements
- Web-site development
- Business development with clients
- Checking query replies and return of income prepared by articles
- Supervising and assisting other team members
- Other Tax areas
