This Company looking for Chartered Accountant details as follows

Position:- Chartered Accountant OR MBA Finance(MIS/ Audit Profile) Location:- For Pune and for those who are willing to work in Pune also Welcome.
Qualification:- Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience:- Around 1 to 3 years’ experience from Construction / Real Estate Company. 

Responsibilities:- 
•Handling audits as a team leader
•Auditing of fixed assets, depreciation, expenses, revenue recognition, deferred tax assets /liabilities as per applicable accounting standard
•Manage the overall Financial consolidation and reporting process
•Coordinating with team members, members of other functions, consultants and advisors
•Preparing periodic MIS reports
•Ad-hoc analysis: prepare ad-hoc analysis reports on requests
•Preparation of the month end closing/rolling forecast’s reconciliation, cash flow projections, and balance sheet analysis
•Prepare the key performance Indicators, reporting key metrics, and providing the analyses
•Simplification and automation of reporting requirements
•Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports

Other Skills

•Analytical in identifying areas for improvements
•Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking
•Good command over MS Office specially in Excel
•Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
•Possess good communication skills and writing skills
