Job Overview
A Chartered Accountant (CA) is responsible for managing financial accounts, audits, taxation, budgeting, and compliance for a company or clients. The role involves ensuring financial stability, regulatory adherence, and strategic planning to optimize financial performance.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- Strong understanding of ITR, GST filing, and other tax-related compliance.
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP and other financial software.
- Expertise in preparing and analyzing balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- In-depth knowledge of MCA and corporate law.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and teamwork.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, income tax, corporate tax, and filing of returns.
- Ensure adherence to tax laws and government regulations.
- Conduct tax planning & advisory for businesses and individuals.
3. Auditing & Risk Management
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify financial risks and fraud detection.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
4. Business Advisory & Strategy
- Provide financial insights for decision-making and business growth.
- Conduct cost analysis, investment planning, and financial restructuring.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with management, banks, and financial institutions.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial presentations, and audit reports.
- Assist in corporate governance and legal compliance.
