Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle online customer queries and support through live chat, email, or messaging platforms. This role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle incoming customer queries via live chat, email, or company platforms.

Provide accurate, prompt, and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Assist customers with product details, service issues, and troubleshooting guidance.
2. Problem Resolution

Identify customer problems and offer effective solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or higher support team when required.

Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.
3. Order & Account Management

Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Help users navigate the company website, app, or portals.

Update customer account details and maintain accurate records.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Log all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.

Maintain detailed chat histories and issue resolutions for reference.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on query trends and customer feedback.
5. Collaboration
-
Coordinate with other departments like technical support, billing, and logistics.

Share customer feedback and suggestions with management to improve services.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 words per minute preferred).

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and email platforms.

Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
