Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle online customer queries and support through live chat, email, or messaging platforms. This role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Handle incoming customer queries via live chat, email, or company platforms.

  • Provide accurate, prompt, and professional responses to customer inquiries.

  • Assist customers with product details, service issues, and troubleshooting guidance.

2. Problem Resolution

  • Identify customer problems and offer effective solutions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or higher support team when required.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.

3. Order & Account Management

  • Assist customers with order placement, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  • Help users navigate the company website, app, or portals.

  • Update customer account details and maintain accurate records.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.

  • Maintain detailed chat histories and issue resolutions for reference.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on query trends and customer feedback.

5. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with other departments like technical support, billing, and logistics.

  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with management to improve services.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Good typing speed (minimum 30–35 words per minute preferred).

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and email platforms.

  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
