We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive to assist our clients who have purchased our hardware products. Our clients are based in Australia, so excellent English communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and efficient chat support to clients, addressing their queries and issues related to our hardware products.

Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving product-related problems via chat.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications.

Good typing speed to manage chat queries effectively.
