Job Description
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries over WhatsApp Groups, personal chats, incoming and outgoing calls
2. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions politely
3. Curate offering from different service providers, negotiate and drive closures by providing best options
4. Recommend products and services to customers
5. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
6. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits
7. Drive conversions by understanding customer problems, and help the company achieve sales targets

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Feb'21 and 30th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have excellent communication and chatting skills
2. Should be friendly and welcoming
3. Should know how to handle WhatsApp
4. Should be able to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers.
5. Should have an understanding of customer emotions and drive sales
6. Should have strong command in English and Hindi
7. Should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills
8. Should be willing to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Note: This role is only for female candidates.
