Job Description
- To maintain
and manage the required high operational and personal standard of hygiene
and presentation at all times in compliance with the Food Safety Act.

Prepare
duty roasters and hold a daily staff briefing
·
Supervise Cooks
and assist as needed
- The preparation,
cooking and service of food as directed by the company SOP, whilst
complying to the food safety act, portion control and presentation
standards.
- In
responsible of the quality, timing, and appearance of every food provided
at the outlet.
- Maintain good
inventory management by keeping track of food inventory and placing
orders, such as ordering, receiving, storing, and stock taking.
