Job Summary
We English Tavern (Resto Bar) is urgently hiring Chef de partie (CDP) for our Alwarpet location.
We are in need of Chef de partie for Continental, Italian, Bakery, Indian cuisine.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing menus
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
- Preparing ingredients
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Follow the guidance of the chef
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- should have work experience as CDP in star hotels
- 3+ years experience
- Ability to do multi task
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- should have good communication
