Job Description

You'll be working group of companies, comprising of 4 brands. Mainly in continental menu, but also 2 brands including Indian food.
We are a growing company and are looking for a chef who would like to grow with the brand.
You will be working food & beverage experts, and will be given the task of handling all 4 brands.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and manage the culinary operations of all 4 brands.
✅ Develop and execute delicious, high-quality menus.
✅ Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
✅ Work closely with the food & beverage team to innovate and improve recipes.
✅ Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.
✅ Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
