Key Responsibilities:
Process Design & Optimization

Develop and optimize chemical production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Conduct process simulations, calculations, and feasibility studies.

Production & Quality Control

Monitor chemical reactions, equipment performance, and production quality.

Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions.

Ensure quality control standards are met in chemical manufacturing.
Safety & Environmental Compliance

Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard control measures.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for chemical handling and waste disposal.
Research & Development

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and formulations.

Test and evaluate raw materials, catalysts, and process improvements.

Work on sustainability projects to reduce waste and environmental impact.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed reports on chemical processes, test results, and improvements.

Provide technical guidance and support to production teams.

Assist in budget planning and cost estimation for new projects.
