Reports to Shift In Charge and Block In Charge
Responsible to handle production operations of the Block as per the Batch Production and Control record.
Receive, Storage and Charge the Raw materials as per the relevant SOP's.
Responsible to co-ordinate with Shift QC chemists in monitoring samples and recording along with Shift In charge and Block In charge.
Monitoring the in process and final results as per the specification.
Responsible to maintain production records.
Responsible to monitor all instruments such as temperature indicators, pressure gauges and their calibrations according to schedules.
Responsible to adhere all safety practices such as using head gears, safety items as and when it is essential to handle the chemicals.
Responsible to advice and strictly monitors all the safety equipments usage by helpers.
Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the Block.
