Job Description
- Responsible for searching and adding CAS numbers to chemical compounds, drawing chemical structures which require understanding of Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals domain
- Responsible for analysis, cross validation of chemical data.
- Assist with the required information for commercial and sales teams
- Performs research via the internet and other resources to update/add Chemical information into our database.
- Adds CAS numbers to chemical compounds, drawing chemical structures
- Identifies/generates chemical names and properties according to structuring and naming conventions of chemical molecules
- Understands stereochemistry, IUPAC nomenclature
- Proactively identifies, reports and resolves any inconsistency
- Under guidance, understand client requirements, answers emails regarding questions, feedback or requests about various company information listed in database
- Build understanding of GMI products and services and data to answer any queries
- Build domain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and keen understanding of brands and markets where client is present
