Chief Architect/Chief General Manager
1. Chief General Manager (Planning and Design) /1
Essential: B.E./B.Tech Graduate Civil Engineering or Equivalent Desirable: M.E./M.Tech Graduate (Civil/Structural Engineering) or Equivalent Preference will be given to candidates with post graduate qualification. Required Software Skills: Computer Aided Planning & Design Software’s like REVIT, Civil 3D/ MX Rail, Stadd Pro, Strap, ETab, Plaxix, Wallup etc. The candidates should have minimum post qualification experience of 22 years in construction, Planning and design of Alignments, Metro Structures, Viaducts/Bridges, Tunnels and Multistoried Buildings. The candidates should be familiar with the Standard Codes and Practices followed in India for Metro viaducts/Railway Bridges, Tunnels, Buildings etc. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in planning & designing of viaducts, Tunnels and station buildings of Metro Projects
2. Chief Architect/ 1
Essential: Bachelor of Architecture Desirable: Master’s Degree in Architecture. Preference will be given to Candidates with Post Graduate qualification. Required Software Skills: Softwares like REVIT, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.,
The Candidates should have minimum Post qualification experience of 20 years in large infrastructure Project Planning and Architectural designs.
3. Chief Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Expert (Dy.CE Grade)/ 1
i. BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Or ME/M.Tech/M.Sc Safety / Health / Environment. ii. Certified in OHAS or IOSH or NEBOSH
A. The Candidate should have minimum Post Qualification Experience of 20 Years in Safety monitoring out of which at least 5 Years should be in Metro Rail Construction in safety, Health and Environment field on Major Infrastructure Projects. B. The Candidate should be well conversant with relevant Government Policies on safety, Health and Environment for Infrastructure Projects
