Job description
- Recruit,
engage and launch Chief Business Mentors (CBMs)
- Ensure
that CBMs recruit, appoint and train Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs)
- Ensure
that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets
- Ensure
that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency
- Minimum 3
years of work experience in sale of life insurance products(Agency Channel)
- Past
experience in managing High Performing LI agents
- Experience
in managing and supervising team.
