Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Conceptualization: Spearhead the creation of compelling campaign concepts, leveraging insights and data-driven approaches to drive impact and resonance.
Creative Execution: Oversee the production of campaign materials, including advertisements, digital content, collateral, and other assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Team Management: Mentor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, including copywriters, designers, and digital strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel on creative direction, messaging, and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in creative leadership roles within political consulting, public affairs, or related fields.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful political campaigns, with a focus on messaging, branding, and audience engagement.
Strong understanding of political communication strategies, including earned and paid media tactics, issue advocacy, and voter mobilization efforts.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
