Eligibility : Shall
be an Officer who has held the post equivalent to that of the Deputy Secretary
who has worked with Law & Judiciary Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra OR a Lawyer
practicing at High Court level with experience not less than 20 years and represented
State Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking on various matters desirably in Power
Sector
Pay Scale : Rs.45900-1950-88800 per month during the
period of contract. Other allowances as per the Rules of the Company.
Upper Age Limit : 65 years
Selection Process : Prescribed qualifications are minimum and mere
possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview. The candidates will be short
listed commensurate with the number of vacancies.
Application Fee : The candidates shall furnish demand draft of the value of Rs.600/- payable to the MSEB Holding Company Ltd. on any Nationalised Bank payable at Mumbai. The candidate should write his full name, position applied on the backside of Demand Draft. Fees in in the form of Postal Order/Money Order/Cash will not be accepted.
