Job Description
Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a manager, who is responsible for driving consolidation of HR processes from countries to the most suited Delivery centers.
This includes the entire scope of assessing existing landscape, evaluating process readiness for transition, defining requirements in terms of skills sets and technology enablers and working with PMO organisations to layout the roadmap for the transition. The aim is to drive consolidation in the quickest time, with the least noise and lowest cost possible.
