Job Description:
- The purpose is to provide continuous support and motivation to Sales teams through contests & loyalty programmes.
- Closely implement track and improve the loyalty & contest activity interact with vendors manage billing and payments pertaining to gifts procurement and deliveries for contest & reward programmes of Bancassurance & Alternate Channels.
- Designing R & R Programs in line with Business goals / target for various Internal BA CAB DM and Health & Channel Partners
- Contest planning design MIS management rollout and driving contest success-BTL Marketing support to TPD Channel Partners
- Budgetary control and cost savings Audit and regulatory requirements
- Data Analytics of internal & external sales team members to achieve desired sales results of TPD and carry out competition bench marking
Qualifications: MBA or CA
