Job Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution

RCI License or equivalent registration preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents (including special needs)

Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, diagnosis, and developing therapy plans

Skilled in providing online therapy using platforms like Zoom or Google Meet

Experience in behavioral therapy, emotional regulation, and parent counseling

Ability to create and track personalized therapy goals and progress reports

Strong communication and empathy skills to interact with children and families

Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment

Language proficiency in English or Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Background in early childhood intervention or working with neurodivergent children

Familiarity with tools like CBT, play therapy, or ABA techniques

Experience guiding parents with home-based strategies
