Job Description
- Responsible for overall activities of the circle which includes monitoring and reporting the activities of the Cluster Managers, Service Technicians and Plant Operators.
- Responsible to appoint, train & replace Cluster Managers, Service Technicians and Plant Operators with accountability
- Responsible to collect meter readings, cash position, cans details, complaints from all CWC plants and submit the details to Head Office.
- Each Circle Administrator is required to look after minimum 60 plants under his/her control.
- Ensure that the meter readings and cash position for all plants are to be updated on a daily basis in to the software including Sundays / holidays
- Prepare and submit salary sheets of plant associates and employees of your circle.
- Ensure and Analyze the plant performance on daily / weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly and share the reports/feedback to the management
- Ensure that collection of cash is deposited in to the bank account on a daily/weekly basis. If any of the plant operator is not depositing properly, take action and escalate the issue to the management immediately
- Responsible to note all complaints from customers and make sure that the complaint is resolved within 24 hrs
- Prepare dashboard summary of daily reporting in the given template and send them to Reporting Manager and finance department by end of the day
- Update the daily summary sheet with the readings and cash collection and share the report to Reporting Manager / Finance Department by end of the day
- Responsible to highlight all the plants which are not working to Service Technicians/Cluster Manager and ensure that the issue is resolved within 24 hrs
- Prepare daily bank deposits in a separate template and cross check with the actual deposits made in the bank with the help of finance team
- Responsible to provide report on all plant operators who are not running the plant properly and not cooperating in providing the readings, deposits
- Responsible to enter all the tasks pertaining to plant operators in PMS and ensure all the tasks are closed without fail
- Responsible for preparation of work plan for the Cluster Managers and Technicians on monthly and day to day basis
- Should perform other assignments in case of any requirement as mentioned by the manager
- Make sure to send the daily updates / work reports to Manager / Management without fail Communicate or escalate problems to management and managers and assist in resolving them immediately
- If any of the above stated activities are not performed well as per the company norms, management has every right to terminate the services without any notice
- Submit daily work report to your reporting officer at the end of the day without fail.
