Circle Resource & Vendor Management Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Bangalore

Job Summary

Responsible for managing circle-level manpower resources, vendor coordination, workforce deployment, vendor performance, and operational activities to ensure smooth execution of Airtel's telecom operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing vendor relationships, monitoring resource availability, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Resource Management

• Manage manpower planning and resource allocation across circle locations.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability for daily operational requirements.
• Coordinate with field teams for workforce deployment and utilization.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, absenteeism, and attrition.
• Ensure timely replacement of resources wherever required.

1. Vendor Management

• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with manpower and operational vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure vendors meet manpower requirements and operational commitments.
• Coordinate vendor payments, billing, documentation, and compliance.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and resolve escalations.

1. Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with Circle Heads, Cluster Managers, and field operations teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily telecom operational activities.
• Track resource productivity and operational performance.
• Resolve manpower-related and vendor-related operational issues.

1. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly resource utilization reports.
• Track manpower deployment, vacancies, attrition, and vendor performance.
• Maintain vendor databases and resource records.
• Share operational dashboards and reports with management.

1. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure vendors comply with Airtel policies and statutory requirements.
• Monitor vendor agreements, employee documentation, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and company guidelines.
