Job Description:
- 3-7 years of Cisco Unified Contact Center, CVP, Outbound Option, CUCM, CUBE, SIP design and implementation experience.
- As a Cisco Contact Center Engineer, the candidate is expected to have design, build and troubleshoot knowledge of UCCE 10.x and 11.x on CVP platform with Outbound Option. The candidate should be familiar with SIP Trunk and CUBE. The candidate should have good knowledge on UCS platform ESXi and VMWare.
- The candidate should have strong coordination skills to work with team, product and third party vendors, and Service providers. Cross cultural working knowledge to manage people and project across the globe.
- Strong documentation and team management skills.
- Experience in design, implementation Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions 10.x – 11.x with Outbound Option
- Experience in design, implementation Cisco Unified CVP, Cisco CUBE, SIP Trunks
- Experience in design, implementation of Cisco Finesse
- Work with the customer to capture business requirements and translate into UCCE design & Implementation.
- Proficient in Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) configuration and troubleshooting Skills
- Good knowledge with following Collaboration Suite-
- CUCM
- Unity Connection
- Gateway/Cubes
- IM& Presence
- Attendant Console
- UCCX
- Video
- Voice Protocols
- At least 4-5 years Cisco experience, ideally in a Cisco Collaboration/Contact Centre environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Aspiration to develop Cisco and technical skills to the highest level
- Excellent verbal and written communication
