Job Description

NEED TO DO SITE SUPERVISING ON SITE AND CIVIL RELATED WORK ON SITE

Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and executing of construction projects.

Work closely with clients to develop project plans, identify construction materials and methods, and oversee the construction process from start to finish

Ensuring safety regulations are followed on site at all times.

Advising clients.

Making sure the sites are secure.

Managing work teams, materials and equipment.

Inspecting the quality of work done by employed workers and subcontractors.

Keeping accurate financial records.

Applying for building permits and licenses.

Monitoring schedules.

Skills:

Strong business and communication skills.

Project Management courses would be beneficial.

Knowledge of using project management software.
