Job Description
Small-scale management, design, development, construction and maintenance through large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct investigations and analysis of data (maps, reports, tests, images and others) on site
Complete technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints that meet technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and solve any emerging problems / shortcomings creatively
Overseas and mentor employees and liaison with a wide variety of stakeholders
Handle the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile the report in project status
Manage budget and purchase equipment / supplies
Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and protections, and distribute technical files and other technical documents as needed
