Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to resolve site issues promptly.

Monitor material usage and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
3. Structural Design and Analysis

Assist in preparing structural designs and evaluating load-bearing capacities.

Work with design teams to select appropriate construction materials and methods.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments before project initiation.
4. Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance

Implement quality control measures and ensure construction meets specified standards.

Enforce safety protocols to protect workers and prevent onsite accidents.

Regularly inspect tools, machinery, and construction practices for compliance.
5. Budgeting and Cost Management

Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs effectively.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources without compromising on quality.

Track project milestones and provide regular financial updates to management.
6. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain project reports, site diaries, and construction logs.

Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status.

Document deviations from the plan and recommend corrective measures.
