Key responsibilities
- Layout – Layout of Centerline, Brick work & Township.
- Preparing Detailed Estimation of Building Structures.
- Preparing Bill of Quantity as Per DSR.
- Preparing Detailed Quantity Estimation and Rate Analysis as Per Market Standards.
- Preparing Detailed BBS of complete Building Structure.
- DPR – Maintain Daily Progress Report.
- Preparing HINDRENCE REGISTER , LABOUR SUPPLY DEBIT NOTE , SITE ORDER BOOK and DRAWING REGISTER.
- ON site Building Material test.
- Cost Analysis and Control – Analysis as Per Under CPWD Guidelines and Rules.
- Proficient In MS-Excel for Preparing All Types of Documents.
- Site Inspection, Supervision, Organizing and Coordination of the Site Activities.
- Good Communication and Time Management.
