Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per plans and specifications .
Conduct site surveys, prepare technical drawings, and assist in structural analysis .
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor project progress, track costs, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material estimates, and procurement schedules.
Conduct quality checks and manage inspections with relevant authorities.
Solve technical issues and provide prompt solutions during execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Design

Develop detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.

Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and soil testing.

Use design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, etc.) to create models and simulations.
2. Construction Management
-
Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government authorities.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
3. Quality Control & Safety
-
Implement quality assurance procedures and conduct inspections.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

Address any design or construction issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
4. Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Maintain records of materials used, work performed, and compliance certifications.

Assist in contract preparation and procurement processes.
