Job Description

To provide site supervision, co-ordination & management for all phases of construction project, including coordinating with Client, Architect, Contractors material and equipment. Also to ensure that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule and within budget.

Essential Functions:

•  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  
• Understand the design in terms of function ability, cost, time, quality and safety
  
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and time management/organizational skills
  
• Develop project control systems and finalization of project organization chart.
  
• Co-ordination and follow-up with architect and other design consultant for their inputs
  
• Review of technical specification and bill of quantities (BOQ)
  
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly progress report
  
• Full time supervision of all construction works/ activities for the project
  
• Collect, review and maintain all the records of contractors daily progress reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Education:

•     (Should possess Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Proficiency in M.S. office suit
  
• Good knowledge of other related software, M.S projects.
  
•  Ability to multitask and work independently
  
• Candidate should possess his own vehicle
