Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation of site activities.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in material procurement and inventory management.
- Liaise with project managers and design engineers for updates and approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision and civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
