Roles & Responsibilities:

• Estimation and preparation of quantities from drawings (i.e. BOQ, BOM etc.)

• Getting Certification from the concern authorities for the bills and invoices.

• Preparing Rate Analysis Certifying RA Bills Ensure the costing as per the Budget.

• Preparing MIS reports for Costing.

• Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.

• Preparation of unbilled report.

• Preparation of Projected Billing.

• Comparison of Budgeted cost vs. Billing vs. Expenditure.

• Coordinate with site person for timely submission of all certified bill.
