Role: Civil Site Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to handle on-site operations, monitor execution, and ensure timely completion of construction projects. If you're hands-on with structures and have a strong presence on site, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction work and resolve technical challenges.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, quality and timeline standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper materials are used.
- Maintain project documentation and daily work reports.
- Communicate with internal teams for efficient project delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
✅ Strong knowledge of residential/commercial building construction
✅ Familiar with building materials, site execution processes & structural details
✅ Proactive, problem-solver with strong leadership and team coordination skills
