Job Description

Site Management & Supervision:Oversee and direct day-to-day construction activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors to align with project schedules and plans.
Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure that work meets technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving:Provide technical advice, diagnose and resolve issues that arise during construction, and ensure adherence to design documents and blueprints.
Resource Management:Manage materials, equipment, and other resources, including procurement, delivery, and ensuring they comply with industry standards.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed site reports, progress logs, and quality control records, ensuring accurate documentation for project tracking and accountability.
Health & Safety:Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and prevent accidents.
Coordination:Act as a liaison between the design team, contractors, workers, and clients to facilitate communication and ensure seamless project execution.
Budget & Time Management:Assist in preparing project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to keep the project on schedule and avoid cost overruns.
