V R Palaniappan Engineer & Valuer
Job title: Valuation Engineer
Job Description:
- Mortgage Valuations
- Construction Finance
- Corporate Finance
- External Valuations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits for:
- Property identification
- Measurements
- Assessment of location attributes & market rates
- Prepare and submit valuation reports with accuracy and integrity
Ensure adherence to:
- Quality standards
- Turnaround time (TAT)
- Customer relationship expectations
- Collaborate with team members for improved efficiency
- Maintain MIS reports, databases, and assigned documentation
Monitor and report:
- Market trends
- New developments
- Risk-prone areas
- Fraudulent transactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma - Civil (Technical Assistant) / B. E. - Civil Engineering (Site Engineer)
- Mobility: Must own a bike with a valid driving license
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
Communication:
- Proficient in spoken and written Tamil & English
- Ability to converse in Tamil (reading/writing mandatory)
Work Mode:
- Must be willing to travel daily for site visits
- Should show commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Core Values: Integrity is non-negotiable
Compensation & Terms:
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
- Conveyance: As per industry standards
- Employment Terms: As per company policies
- Work Type: Full-time (on-site) – Not a Work from Home job
- Location & openings: Entire Tamilnadu (12 positions Vacant)
