Job Description

V R Palaniappan Engineer & Valuer

Job title: Valuation Engineer

Job Description:

  • Mortgage Valuations
  • Construction Finance
  • Corporate Finance
  • External Valuations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits for:

  • Property identification
  • Measurements
  • Assessment of location attributes & market rates
  • Prepare and submit valuation reports with accuracy and integrity

Ensure adherence to:

  • Quality standards
  • Turnaround time (TAT)
  • Customer relationship expectations
  • Collaborate with team members for improved efficiency
  • Maintain MIS reports, databases, and assigned documentation

Monitor and report:

  • Market trends
  • New developments
  • Risk-prone areas
  • Fraudulent transactions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Diploma - Civil (Technical Assistant) / B. E. - Civil Engineering (Site Engineer)
  • Mobility: Must own a bike with a valid driving license
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years

Communication:

  • Proficient in spoken and written Tamil & English
  • Ability to converse in Tamil (reading/writing mandatory)

Work Mode:

  • Must be willing to travel daily for site visits
  • Should show commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Core Values: Integrity is non-negotiable

Compensation & Terms:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
  • Conveyance: As per industry standards
  • Employment Terms: As per company policies
  • Work Type: Full-time (on-site) – Not a Work from Home job
  • Location & openings: Entire Tamilnadu (12 positions Vacant)

Hiring Process:
