Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated civil site supervisor.
Requirement:
Assist daily construction activities.
Qualification: Min12th
Experience: Fresher
Salary: 10-15k

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of Site Activities:

Monitor and supervise all on-site construction activities including civil, structural, and finishing works.

Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved plans, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Oversee the day-to-day site work, including excavation, concreting, masonry, plastering, tiling, and related civil works.

Allocate tasks and supervise labor teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality.
2. Planning and Execution:
-
Coordinate daily and weekly work schedules with the project engineer.

Track the progress of each activity against the project timeline.

Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

Prepare and maintain daily site activity reports and progress logs.
3. Quality Control:
-
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Identify defects or deviations from plans and resolve issues in coordination with the Site Engineer.

Verify and approve work done by contractors or masons before progressing to the next stage.
4. Safety and Compliance:
-
Implement and enforce safety practices and PPE usage on site.

Conduct regular toolbox talks and briefings on work hazards.

Ensure adherence to building codes, company policies, and site safety protocols.

Report accidents, near misses, or unsafe behavior to the Site Engineer or Safety Officer immediately.
5. Resource Management:

Manage labor attendance, productivity, and discipline at the site.

Maintain inventory of site materials and request stock when needed.

Minimize material wastage through proper supervision and accountability.
6. Communication and Coordination:

Coordinate between clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain clear communication channels between laborers, engineers, and management.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and requirements.
