Job Description

Required Civil Supervisor, 1 yr experience preferred.

Supervisor will be responsible to manage site and take stock of materials and labour.
Coordinate with vendors and day to day report to shared with company staff.

Managing all aspects of construction for your own live project and reporting into the Project Manager,

Controlling all aspects of the construction works,

Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials,

Self-performing certain elements of works,

Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S,

Controlling and managing specialist sub-contractors,

Keeping accurate records of production,

Providing reports on works completed, etc.

Key Competencies:

Skill and comfort working with volunteer laborers.

Comfortable with basic public speaking on the job site.

Knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.

Management experience with strong leadership skills preferred.

Patient teacher with strong delegation skills.
