Civil Worker-Mason I Job in CPL Pharmaceuticals Private Limited at Udaipur

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mason to oversee civil repairs, tile work, masonry construction, and structural repairs across our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, he will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining brickwork, concrete pads, anti-bacterial cleanroom wall systems, sanitary floor tiling, and exterior plant civil infrastructure. his work directly ensures the facility maintains seamless, crack-free, non-shedding, and hygienic surfaces required for regulatory cGMP compliance.Expert in Civil related activities Like Brick work, RCC, wall , Plaster , Tile , Kota work Repair, seal, and touch up interior walls, plasterboard joints, and masonry to ensure smooth, crevice-free surfaces that prevent dust accumulation and microbial growth. Lay, repair, and replace chemical-resistant tiles, acid-proof tiles, and ceramic floor/wall tiles using anti-bacterial grout, coving tiles, and epoxy-based adhesives in processing and wash areas. Construct and repair concrete equipment pads, trench drains, equipment bases, brickwork, blockwork, and structural foundations across plant nstall and restore rounded coving joints between walls and floors to facilitate easy cleaning, ensuring full compliance with cGMP floor-to-wall seamless transition guidelines Apply waterproofing compounds, epoxy sealants, grouting, and expansion joint fillers to prevent water seepage, leaks, or dampness in plant Carry out minor civil modification work for drain channels, manhole covers, boundary walls, paved paths, and loading dock platforms. Strictly adhere to Hot Work Permits, Dust Control protocols (hepa-vacuum sanding/cutting), Confined Space Entry, and mandatory PPE standards in active production areas. Minimum 3–5 years of masonry and civil repair experience in a pharmaceutical. Expert handling of masonry hand tools, tile cutters, power mixers, concrete breakers, and leveling instruments (water levels, plumb bobs, laser levels). Good understanding of cGMP hygienic engineering rules, cleanroom surface standards, and material curing times. Ability to perform physical labor: lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg), stooping, kneeling, bending, and carrying heavy raw materials (sand, cement, tiles). Comfortable working in indorr & outdoors varied weather conditions for exterior civil work. Willingness to work flexible hours, night shifts, or during scheduled plant shutdown periods to perform dust-heavy civil work without disturbing production routines.
