Job Description

Required cleaning staff in Restaurant for Plate washing, table cleaning, overall restaurant cleaning, Etc. The candidate will get free food and accommodation provided by company. Freshers and experienced can apply. The hiring is immediately joining basis.

Key Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Duties:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Dust and wipe down tables, chairs, counters, windows, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash cans and waste bins regularly and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize all touchpoints, including door handles, POS machines, railings, and bathroom fixtures.
Kitchen Cleaning:
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of cooking areas, preparation surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using manual or automatic dishwashers.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops, and backsplash areas.
- Remove grease and food debris from stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
Restroom Maintenance:
- Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, floors, and walls.
- Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, hand towels, and other restroom supplies.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, odor-free, and presentable throughout operating hours.
Dining Area Care:
- Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs between customer use.
- Ensure floors are clean, dry, and free from spills or debris.
- Help organize menus, condiment containers, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up or clearing furniture before and after shifts or special events.
Waste Management:
- Sort waste properly into trash, recycling, and food waste.
- Ensure timely removal of garbage from different areas of the restaurant.
- Follow health codes for disposal of biohazardous or sharp materials (e.g., broken glass).
Equipment and Supply Management:
- Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
- Report broken or malfunctioning equipment to management.
- Keep cleaning supplies and tools organized and stored in designated areas.
- Notify the supervisor when supplies are low or need restocking.
Health and Safety:
- Follow all health and safety guidelines issued by local health departments and restaurant policy.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and aprons as required.
- Practice safe lifting and handling techniques to avoid injury.
- Immediately clean up spills and hazards to prevent accidents.
Teamwork and Communication:
- Cooperate with kitchen, service, and managerial staff to maintain a clean environment.
- Report any safety issues, pest sightings, or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests during operating hours.
- Assist in cleaning tasks as assigned during special events, busy hours, or emergencies.
