Key Responsibilities
1. Transhipment Documentation & Clerical Duties

2. Coordination & Operational Support

Assist in planning and scheduling cargo transhipment activities.

Coordinate with port authorities, shipping lines, warehouse staff, and transport teams.

Track cargo movement to ensure timely delivery and handovers.

Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, and carriers for smooth operations.
3. Supervision & Team Support

Support the Transhipment Incharge in supervising operations staff.

4. Inventory & Cargo Tracking

Maintain accurate inventory records for goods in transit, storage, or pending delivery.

Report issues to management and coordinate corrective actions.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
