•  As we are a young startup, you will directly be working with our founding team. 
  
• On selective projects, you will also get to work with our advisory team, whose extensive sectoral experience can be used in all areas of strategy and program management.
  

What are your accountabilities

• A partnership and client account manager handles is a strategist who ensures end to end support for non-profits to ensure successful program implementation.
  

Your responsibilities in each of the 3 businesses include

• Partnership Initiation and management:
• Building relationships with Corporate CSR teams and philanthropic organizations.
• Assisting in fund raising for partner organisations and helping organisations strategize new fundraising strategies.
• Preparing Presentations and Participating in donor meetings and follow ups.
• Building and managing stakeholder and partnership monitoring and reporting systems.
• Curriculum development and execution for partner organisations.

 New Initiatives Development:

• Assisting Impactree Board in exploring new avenues for business development
• Assisting Impactree existing partners design and execute better communications and marketing strategy

 Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Designing, coordinating, analysing and reporting data for Monitoring and evaluation programmes being executed with clients across India
