Client Acquisition Executive jobs - New Delhi - Next Connect Hub - 0 to 5 years of experience - 22 June 2025
Job Description
Own end-to-end client acquisition: find leads → close deals → onboard clients for our MERN stack web development services (React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express + UI/UX design, AI integration, 3-month free maintenance).
Performance: Close 5 projects in month 1 (1 in first 15 days or exit). Non-negotiable targets.
Pay: Month 1: ₹5K fixed + 40% incentive (max ₹10K per project). Month 2+: ₹10K fixed + 20% per deal.
Need: Strong communication, negotiation skills, web dev basics knowledge, independent deal-closing ability.
Results-driven role - high performers earn significantly above fixed salary.
