We have an exciting job opportunity for the position of Client Associate in our company, fresh graduates or experienced candidates with 0 to 2 years’ experience in the Insurance industry can apply for this position.

Job Description:

• Experience working in highly variable Back-Office support services/operations in Property & Casualty Insurance will be an added advantage. 
  
• Ability to independently operate a variety of client systems and performs a range of insurance processing tasks.
  
• Ability to manage the Proof of Concept (POC) period effectively to on board new clients. 
  
• Interact with client via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows and systems, and promote additional services.
  
• Ability to analyze documents and follow complex rules.
  
• Ability to stay focused for an extended period of time.
  
• Ability to use own initiative for problem solving
  
• Customer centric and end-customer focused.
  
• Good Interpersonal Skills & command over English (verbal and written).
  
• The work is detail-oriented and intense need to Concentrate and Pay attention to details.
  
• Ability to manage fairly Complex work, strictly follow instructions and be Process oriented.
  
• The work we do is unique and each task is different need to be a quick learner, get trained swiftly on all skills and be able to learn from past errors.
  
• Ability to independently solve problems, think logically, analyze & make the right decisions.
  
• Need to be highly quality-conscious as any mistake can have a huge impact on our clients.
