SALES KRA:

·         Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.

·         Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential markets.

·         Set sales targets and objectives for the team and individual sales representatives.

·         Identify and acquire new customers to expand the customer base.

·         Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer loyalty.

·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

·         Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and set improvement goals.

·         Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and deals.

·         Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential customers.

·         Increase sales conversion rates by optimizing the sales process and improving sales techniques.

·         Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

·         Utilize and manage sales tools and technologies to enhance the sales process.

·         Gather and analyse customer insights to understand their needs and preferences.

·         Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and decision-making.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

·         Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build partnerships.

·         Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and increase market share.
