Client Coordinator Jobs Opening in NCP Infratel Pvt Ltd at Shahibagh, Ahmedabad
Job Description
The Client Coordinator will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and customer satisfaction across all projects and services of NCP Infratel.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Accounts, Technical) to address client needs efficiently.

Schedule client meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
-
Maintain updated client records, communication logs, and project statuses.
-
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and required documentation.
-
Track and ensure timely delivery of materials, services, or project milestones as per client expectations.
-
Resolve minor complaints or escalate to management for prompt solutions.
-
Support the Sales and Project teams in maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
-
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM or ERP usage.

Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
-
Experience in telecom, infrastructure, IT, or similar industries is an advantage.
