Corporate Intellect Solutions is looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, introduce them to the benefits of our CRM software (Bitrix24), and assist them in scheduling a free demo. You will receive full training to ensure a strong understanding of the product and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure smooth CRM implementation and usage.
CRM Solutions Implementation & Support
- Assist clients in CRM onboarding, setup, and training.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot CRM-related issues, and provide solutions.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to customize CRM features.
Sales & Upselling Opportunities
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional CRM features, modules, or services.
- Present product demos and training sessions to clients for better engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and analyze client engagement reports and satisfaction metrics.
- Provide insights on customer needs and product improvement suggestions.
