Job Description

Yo Tours is a startup company that designs and operates its own authentic local experiences like walking tours, city sightseeing tours, and day trips to travelers in India and Europe. Yo Tours is started by two avid travelers and best friends. One of them is a chartered account and the other is an IIT alumnus. Yo Tours is a little over 3 years old now and has already become India's leading and internationally awarded company in providing local experiences. Yo tours operate in 30+ cities in India and have recently become an MNC by expanding business in Europe with its headquarters in Amsterdam. In Europe, the company is present in 12 countries and 25 cities and is growing rapidly.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
2. Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
3. Negotiate with clients, build a positive relationship, and quickly solve problems
