Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, building strong professional relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services or products.

Address client concerns, queries, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Monitor client accounts to identify gaps and ensure consistent service standards.

Business Growth & Retention

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services based on client requirements.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and develop long-term partnerships.

Assist in contract renewals and ensure strong client retention strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate client records, interaction history, and feedback in CRM systems.

Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and business opportunities.

Share insights with management to improve processes and service delivery.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align client strategies.

Provide client feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.

Support in client onboarding and training activities.
