Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Visit interested businesses (education, legal, F&B, healthcare, etc.) to explain and onboard them to Recipto
- Conduct product demos and show how Recipto’s features (AI links, cashback, proofs, etc.) can be used
- Assist with account setup, promotion creation, and linking WhatsApp or QR codes
- Train business owners or staff on how to use the Recipto dashboard effectively
- Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase and answer any setup-related queries
- Maintain strong client relationships and collect feedback to improve onboarding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign activation
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- MBA/Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related preferred)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in client-facing roles like sales, support, or onboarding
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication (English + local language)
- Ability to explain tech platforms in simple terms
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital tools (WhatsApp, QR, simple dashboards)
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits
- Self-motivated, punctual, and good at follow-ups
- A customer-first mindset with patience and clarity
